Hello Cobbler! For the love of strawberry and apple! A super dish for dessert or to make your weekend brunch a little more special. Serve it with a scoop of ice cream for total delish!

Ok and totally this is an all around anytime dish! Makes for a nice snack with with friends over a cup of tea. The Apple ’n’ Grain Flip Flop Flapjack Do You Bake? mix will give this dish an extra boost what makes everyone melt away!

Ingredients

3 Apples (medium, peeled and sliced)

1 1/2 cups Strawberries (fresh or frozen)

1/3 cup Honey

2 tbsp Apple ’n’ Grain Flip Flop Flapjack mix

1 tbsp Lemon juice

Crumble Topping

1 1/2 cups Apple ’n’ Grain Flip Flop Flapjack mix

2 tbsp Brown sugar

1/3 cup Butter (cut into small pieces)

1/3 cup Water

2 tbsp Granulated sugar

Directions

1Empty contents of Do You Bake? Apple 'n' Grain Flip Flop Flap Jack mix into a bowl and stir to combine contents so all mix ingredients are well combined. Set aside.

2Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

3Combine apples, strawberries, honey, 2 tablespoons of Apple ’n’ Grain Flip Flop Flapjack mix and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Toss gently to mix. Spoon into an 8x8 baking dish.

4Combine the 1 1/2 cups Apple ’n’ Grain Flip Flop Flapjack mix and brown sugar in a small bowl and mix well. With a fork or pastry cutter, incorporate the butter and mix until crumbly. Add water and stir to make a dough.

5Spoon dollops of dough over fruit mixtures and sprinkle with granulated sugar.

6Bake 35-40 minutes, until fruit mixture is bubbly and the top is golden brown.

Tip: Fabulous when served warm alongside vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt!
