Spicy Sweet Potato Hummus

This quick and easy hummus gets a spicy kick from the chipotle pepper while sweet potato adds a healthy dose of vitamin C. Our Do You Bake? For Garnish or to mix in
1Peel and cut your sweet potato in cubes. Toss in 1 tablespoon olive oil and a pinch of sea salt. Roast 375F for 20 minutes
2Combine the first 10 ingredients in a food processor and blend on high for 1 minute.
3Scrape down sides of food processor and blend for another minute.
4Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
5Top dip with 2 tablespoons of Simply Toasted Onions, if desired.
6Serve with Smart Crispnz Everything ’n’ More Crackers.
