Spiced Up! Spinach & Artichoke Dip

This spiced up Spinach & Artichoke dip is a cinch to make and delicious to eat. A little extra kick with this fan favorite classic makes for a perfect dipper twist. Just an easy to make and delicious dip to serve for any occasion.

- Yields: 3 cups of dip
1In a medium sized dutch oven, melt butter on medium heat. Once melted, add the onions and saute for 3 - 4 minutes, stirring in between so the onions do not brown.
2Add the cream cheese, Do You Bake? Spinach & Artichoke Dip Package, Fiesta Seasoning, 1 can of drained green chilies, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and half and half.
3Stir well, working the lumps out of the mixture. About 3 - 4 minutes or until bubbles start to form on the surface.
4Add the spinach, artichoke hearts, Parmesan and mozzarella cheese. Let the mixture continue to cook for 5 minutes or until bubbles start forming on the surface. Remove from heat and serve immediately with tortilla chips, pita chips or crusty bread slices.
