Gluten Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Waffles

Gluten Free Fans! We have an amazing breakfast waffle recipe using the Do You Bake? Gluten Free Choc'n Roll Cookies Mix! Have a gourmet breakfast using this simple and easy to follow recipe for the ultimate Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Waffles (and Gluten Free too!)
Also delicious served with sliced bananas!! YUMM!!

- Cook: 30 mins
- Yields: 10 - 14 waffles
Make your Batter (at least 20 minutes ahead of time)
1Empty contents of Do You Bake? Gluten Free Choc 'n' Roll Cookie mix into the bottom of a large bowl. Add your eggs, butter and peanut butter. Beat with a mixer on medium speed or beat with a wooden spoon until your mix comes together. Slowly add in your milk until your batter reaches a slightly thick pourable consistency. Beat for 2 - 3 minutes, scraping sides as needed, until perfectly blended.
2Set your batter aside for at least 20 minutes, room temperature.
Make your Gluten Free Waffles
1Preheat your waffle maker to manufacturers directions / instructions
2Grease your waffle iron or brush on melted butter (even if your waffle iron has a non stick coating surface, it still must be greased before every portion of waffle batter is added)
3To make your Gluten Free waffles, pour 1/4 cup batter onto each waffle section. (Check your manufacturer's directions for recommended amount of batter). Close lid of waffle maker
4Bake about 4 - 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle. Top with favorite syrup or whipped whipping cream. Drizzle with honey.
You will never guess these waffles are Gluten Free! Delicious waffles with a fantastic taste. Waffles are on the top of the list of breakfast favorites in many houses and these are of no exception! Delicious topped with honey, syrup and piled with freshly sliced bananas.
