Caramel Apple Pull Aparts

Delicious caramel apple pull apart bread with a decadent cream cheese icing. Featuring Do You Bake? Old Fashioned Cinnamon Rolls mix. These are delicious and super fun to eat. Perfect bites of caramel, cinnamon, apple and sweet dough.

Ingredients

1 Old Fashioned Cinnamon Rolls (1 Box Mix, prepared per box directions)

1 cup Whipping Cream

1/2 cup Brown Sugar

1 Apple, Large (peeld, cored and coarsely chopped)

4 oz. Cream Cheese

For Dough

3/4 cup Warm Water

1 Egg, Large

1/4 cup Butter

For Icing

2 tbsp Butter

Directions

1Make Cinnamon Rolls Per Do You Bake? Box Directions. Cut into 12 even rolls

2Make Cinnamon Roll Cream Cheese icing; refrigerate until Step 4

3Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray or butter a 12-cup fluted tube cake pan. In a small bowl mix pecans or walnuts and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Sprinkle mixture evenly in bottom of pan.

4In a large bowl, mix whipping cream, brown sugar and remaining 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Cut each roll into quarters and Stir roll pieces and apples into whipping cream mixture to coat. Carefully spoon mixture into pan, spread evenly.

5Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until deep golden brown. Immediately place heatproof serving plate or platter upside down over pan ; turn plate and pan over (do not remove pan). Cool 5 minutes. Remove pan, scrape any remaining topping in pan onto coffee cake. Cook 5 minutes longer. Drizzle icing from Do You Bake? Cinnamon Roll Packaging over top. Serve warm.
